Price information

Placing an order

Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link then in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card then in the secure environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement becomes into force upon receiving the amount to the current account of the Online Store https://bukubee-europe.com. The owner of the online store bukubee-europe.com is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery

An order that has already been placed can no longer be canceled. The average delivery time is 1-5 working days in Estonia. We deliver to other European Union countries within 7-14 working days, not longer than 21 days. In order to deliver without delay, care must be taken and true and valid data must be provided when entering the delivery data when placing the order. If the goods have not reached the Customer within a reasonable time, please contact us by e-mail hello@bukubee-europe.com to check the accuracy of the recipient’s data. For orders that have not arrived at the addressee and have been returned by the logistics partner of Lelumaa OÜ, the money will be returned to the Customer within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the returned order. The online store bukubee-europe.com is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond the control of the online store bukubee-europe.com.

Rights of returns

After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason. If you wish to return the goods, you must first send your request to hello@bukubee-europe.com. In the letter, please indicate the order number, the customer’s details and the product you wish to return. The goods to be returned must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. The Consumer returns the unsuitable goods at his own expense. If your purchase includes free delivery, but a partial return of the goods reduces the amount below the free delivery rate, the shipping cost of the goods will be deducted from the refunded amount. In case of defective and / or defective products, the product will be exchanged or returned at the expense of the Seller. The online store does not refund the cost of shipping the product. Shipping cost are refundable in the event of a defect and/or defective product.

Consumer’s right to turn to the Consumer Complaints Committee If the Online Store has refused to resolve the Consumer’s complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Online Store and considers that his / her rights or interests have been violated, the Consumer may file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission. The consumer may lodge a complaint himself or through a representative.
